Step away from the noise and into a world designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Firewalk Events presents a beautifully curated Wellness Area at Brit Fest – your go-to zone for calm, clarity, and personal growth all weekend long.
With a Wellness Wristband, you’ll gain access to any 4 activities of your choice across the weekend, selected from our rotating daily wellness menu, which includes:
- Mindfulness Meditation – Find your breath, quiet your mind, and reconnect
- Clinical Hypnotherapy Tasters – Experience deep relaxation and subconscious reset
- Vision Board Creation – Set powerful intentions through creative visualisation
- Board Breaking for Goal Setting – Smash through limiting beliefs in a bold, empowering session
- Chill-Out Zone – A calm, welcoming space to reflect, journal, or just be
This is your space to unwind, re-centre, and leave the weekend feeling recharged from the inside out.
Booking Information
- Wristbands give access to 4 wellness activities of your choice across the weekend
- Activities are drop-in and first-come, first-served, no refund will be given in the event of missed activities
- You must have a valid Brit Fest ticket to access the Wellness Area
- Minimum age: 16+ (16–17s must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
- No alcohol or drugs permitted in the Wellness Area
- Wristbands are non-refundable and valid for Brit Fest 2025 only
Disclaimer – Wellness Area Participation
By purchasing a ticket and participating in any activities within the Wellness Area at Brit Fest 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk:
All activities provided by Firewalk Events within the Wellness Area – including but not limited to mindfulness meditation, clinical hypnotherapy tasters, vision board creation, board breaking, and use of the chill-out zone – are attended voluntarily. You accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during participation. - Health & Fitness Declaration:
You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to take part in the chosen activities. If you have any medical conditions or are under medical supervision, it is your responsibility to consult a healthcare provider before participating and to let our staff know of anything necessary to - Age & Supervision:
Participants must be aged 16 or over. Anyone aged 16–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. - Limitation of Liability:
By taking part, you waive, release, and hold harmless Firewalk Events, its employees, volunteers, contractors, event organisers, and any associated individuals or entities from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage (physical, mental, or emotional) that may occur during or as a result of your participation. - Photography & Media:
Photos and videos may be taken during activities for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials. By entering the Wellness Area, you grant permission for your image to be used. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on arrival. - Substance-Free Zone:
No alcohol or drugs are permitted in the Wellness Area. Individuals under the influence will be refused entry and may be asked to leave. - Right to Refuse Participation:
Firewalk Events reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. - Ticket Policy:
Wellness wristbands are non-refundable and are valid only during Brit Fest 2025. A valid Brit Fest ticket is required for entry to the festival.
