Firewalk Event Booking Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for the Brit Fest Firewalk Challenge, you agree to the following:
- Age Requirement
All participants must be 12 years of age or older on the day of the event. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. - Health & Fitness
Participants must be in good physical and mental health. If you have concerns, please consult a medical professional before taking part. - Substance Use
Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be refused participation without refund. - Footwear & Clothing
You will be required to walk barefoot across the fire. Please wear flip flops and comfortable clothing, also bring spare wipes or towels if you wish to clean your feet at the end. We recommend no long trailing trousers or skirts near the fire area. - Waiver & Disclaimer
You will be required to sign a participation waiver on the day, acknowledging the risks and confirming your understanding of the safety briefing. The disclaimer can be found here , please make sure this is filled out before the event. - Late Arrival
Firewalks include a mandatory safety and mindset briefing. Late arrivals who miss the briefing will not be permitted to walk and no refunds will be issued. - Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior written notice (minimum 48 hours before the event). - Right to Refuse Participation
Firewalk Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the event if they pose a risk to themselves or others, or do not comply with staff instructions. - Photography & Media
By attending, you agree that images or videos of the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Please let us know on arrival if you prefer not to be photographed.
