What a night to remember!
Over 100 fearless fundraisers came together at St Wilfrid’s Hospice to face their fears and take on not one but two incredible challenges walking barefoot across glowing embers and over LEGO bricks all to raise money for an incredible cause.
The event marked the hospice’s first ever Firewalk with Firewalk Events, and it was a huge success. The atmosphere was electric, laughter, nervous excitement, and plenty of cheering as each brave participant took those powerful steps of courage.
Every walker had their own reason for being there – to honour loved ones, to give back, or to test their own limits , but together, they shared something truly special: a sense of unity, empowerment, and pride.
At Firewalk Events, we were thrilled to be part of such a meaningful evening. From the moment we arrived, the St Wilfrid’s team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their organisation, enthusiasm and community spirit shone through in every detail.
To the entire team — and every single walker — thank you. You made this night one to remember, and you’ve helped raise vital funds to continue the hospice’s amazing work.
